V3.1 Release Summary

There are a number of executions in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:

  • Default homepage social sharing image: update to new ark orange logo.
  • Dark mode fixes.
  • Content display optimizations.
    • Better text renderings on desktops.
  • Extra ARK.
    • Added extra ark category to topnav.
    • Renamed extra ark page to “about extra ark” and put that in the downnav.
  • Mobile menu optimisations:
    • Menu item colour: darken, like desktop topnav.
    • Removed have faith in God demo post.
    • Fixed extra ark loop offset bug for single page if viewing latest post.
  • Default results thumbnail images for posts [when rendered in search results for instance].
  • Removed the paged elements in rendered URL when using a WordPress php function to get the template directory to append to the default image source URL.
  • Search optimisations.
  • Other code optimisations.
