The faith that we have is our expression of complete trust or confidence in God. This means that we trust everything He has said, and promised, about us, regarding our covenant which we share with Him.
As people of faith, we should be applying our faith towards bringing about whatever Godly vision or mission we may have, by combining spiritual [the word/fasting/praying/meditating/etc.] & natural resources [codified knowledge frameworks/networking/technology/etc.].
Faith always has a corresponding action. We will always need to understand the balance between believing that a thing would come to pass, and doing what may be necessarily required, on our own part.
In my study of Physics, I learned about vectors & direction. Those with “quantitative minds” are going to love this: there are quantities in physics, such as distance, displacement, speed, velocity, acceleration, force, mass, momentum, power, etc. A vector quantity is one that is fully described by both magnitude and direction. If we want “motion”, we will need the two. Faith is exactly like that. If you want some “yield” from it, you will have to manifest “works”. To put it differently, without “outcomes”, of what use then is faith? In order to get to our goals in life, we will need to apply our faith intentionally, in a focused way, consistently, over a long period of time, and to also steadily increase our tempo.
I would like to call on everyone, especially those who have this leaning, to apply our Godly [oriented/driven/derived] faith towards solving the many challenges that our societies face today. His grace is sufficient to bear us through, and His power will give us the success we already have [a true mind of faith will understand this statement].
If there’s any part of my thoughts you need some clarification about, please reach out.
